Overview and Requirements

  1. You must own and use a SHARK® CNC machine in the video.

  2. Provide at least two minutes of raw unedited video making a project on your SHARK®

  3. Provide a minimum 30-second video testimonial for your SHARK® (including Name & City, State)

  4. You must download the title card graphic from this link, print it out, fill it out and film it at the beginning of every video clip you submit. This is for identification purposes and it is a must.

Entry Requirements

  1. Participants must own and use A SHARK® CNC machine in the video.

  2. Participants agree to provide at least two minutes plus of raw unedited video of them making a project on their SHARK®.

  3. Participants agree to provide a minimum of 30 Second video testimonial for their SHARK® (including their Name & City, St).

  4. Participants Testimonial video should be shot with them standing next to their SHARK®.

  5. All videos would be best if shot in LANDSCAPE format

  6. Video shot in Portrait setting may hinder their use by NWCNC

  7. 4K, or similar quality video is preferred – iPhone on 4K setting or any other phone or camera with high quality are acceptable.

  8. Participants may allow another person to film them creating their project.

  9. A combination of long shots, medium shots, and close-up shots will score more points with judges.

  10. Participants should wear all appropriate safety gear when creating and filming their project.

  11. Participants agree that all videos shot and uploaded become the property of NWCNC.

  12. Participants agree that the video they provide may and will be used indefinitely by NWCNC and SHARK® with no compensation.

  13. Participants agree that they do not expect or will not receive any compensation for videos submitted.

  14. Participants agree that they are participating in the contest for the purpose of having a chance to win a SHARK® CASH - Gift certificate

  15. Participants understand they must submit their videos by 3-31-21

  16. Participants must download, print, fill out and start each video with the TITLE CARD provided to identify themselves. LINK HERE

Rules

  1. SHARK® owners will have to Upload to NWCNC Website

  2. Participants can submit up to three projects as three separate video entries.

  3. Projects will be judged on four components – Originality – Craftmanship – Creativity & Video Quality.

  4. We will use a point-based rating system.

  5. Decision judges (6) are final. Judges will vote on images with scoring system in secret. Total scores will reveal
    the winners.

  6. Each participant agrees that NWCNC has the rights to use the images as they see fit -including advertising,
    promotion & Social Media – with no compensation to participant or future royalties. Images become the
    property of NWCNC

  7. Submission of their project images through website will constitute agreement to all contest rules
